All product prices on petalidimoda.com include mainly local italian VAT taxes for shipment inside UE while we will not include VAT for shipment extra UE infact, if your order is shipped outside the European Union, the price invoice will be exempt VAT tax. According to laws that regulate trade and commerce, all petalidimoda.com orders are required to be shipped with an official invoice declaring the full value of each item. Yes, if you do not have a credit card, we also accept PayPal and bank transfer payments. Selecting bank transfer as a method of payment for the order, you will see a blank where you can find the bank details. Upon receipt of the request for order, your items will be shipped after receiving confirmation of payment by bank transfer for mail/scan within 48 hours. If you can send the confirmation, your order will be shipped the day the money will be credited to our bank account.
Yes. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned within 14 days for refund or store credit. Return Instructions:
1. Go to your account selecting the right order and you will see the online return request As an alternative, send an e-mail to email@example.com including the order number and stating if the return is for refund or store credit. Apart from how you request the return (online or by email) it must be forwarded within 14 days from the delivery date. When we receive and accept your return request, we will give you the Return Authorization Number (RAN).
2. Returns must be sent by DHL or alternative courier previously agreed from both part. Clients must include the RAN on the outside of the box and complete the Airway Bill as per the instruction in the RAN.
3. Returns for refund are at the client's expense: shipment and return import fees (where applicable) will be deducted from the refund.
4. Refunds will appear on the client's credit card statement within two billing cycles. (May vary from credit card company to credit card company).
5. Returns must arrive within 10 days from receiving your RAN.

The returned item(s) must be in the same condition as sent, packaged in an orderly fashion, and have all original tags, dust bags, hangers, etc.
Item(s) and other accessories that were sent with original boxes must be returned in these boxes which cannot be used, damaged or altered in any way.

Items that have any sign of use or wear will be returned to the client.

Based on the condition of the return and/or the non-compliance of the Return Policy a 10% restocking fee may be deducted from the final refund.

• Pick-ups for all authorized returns with petalidimoda.com’s DHL account number must originate from the same country of the original shipment.

For updates regarding the future of credit, you are invited to contact us after seven working days to get the code ARN (for Visa and Master Card transactions) issued by PayPal. The code ARN is the number of international transaction that will allow your bank to monitor credit coming.
