PRICES AND CURRENCYPublished prices and final invoices are in Euro.
The amount charged to a Credit Card, Bank Transfer or PayPal may vary as it will be affected by floating exchange rates and bank charges.
Petali Di Moda recommends contacting your bank to request detailed information regarding the exchange rates and bank charges in reference to your purchases.
Orders are invoiced by Petali Di Moda with legal office in Italy or by one of the Partner Company responsible of the goods sold and shipped from different logistic around the world and shipment charges will be calculated automatically online considering it.
To help Clients to calculate properly duties and/or VAT for the import of the goods in their countries we will specify in each product displayed online the billing country and the origin of production, so the made in Further information must be required from Clients to the competent authorities in terms of import inside their country.
SHIPPING TIMESOrders are shipped within the time displayed online starting from the end date of each Sales Campaign and not from Client order date.
In all cases, Petali Di Moda or one of the Partner Companies responsible of the goods reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order cannot be shipped for reasons beyond control.
AUTHORIZED SHIPMENT DELIVERYAll Clients who make an order establish a commercial relationship with Petali Di Moda or by one of the Partner Companies responsible of the goods and thereby undertake to accept delivery of their package. If for any reason the Client refuses delivery of the shipment or requests that the package be returned to sender, all shipping costs charged to Petali Di Moda or by one of the Partner Companies responsible of the goods will be deducted from any reimbursement due to the Client.
SHIPMENT DELIVERYUpon delivery of every order, Clients are requested to carefully inspect the box before signing for the delivery. If for any reason, the box appears tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event, that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered, open a claim immediately with the local DHL or authorized courier office and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client's address, the package may risk being sent back to the sender at the Clientt's expense. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement made by Petali Di Moda or by one of the Partner Companies responsible of the goods.
ORDER DISPATCHOnce an order is placed it is not possible to make any changes. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately, same is for goods bought inside different sales campaigns. Petali Di Moda or one of the Partner Companies responsible of the goods reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order cannot be shipped for reasons beyond control. Please note that during promotions and sales there may be delays in immediate shipping.
It is at Petali Di Moda or at one of the Partner Companies responsible of the goods discretion the right to refuse an order or a service offered to anyone at any time.

• By means of a message, petalidimoda.com confirms receipt of the order transmitted by the Client, to which it assigns a «Client Order Number» that must be referred to in all subsequent communication with petalidimoda.com.
• Petalidimoda.com, only after having agreed with the Clients upon the time and the modalities of the delivering, will then deliver the goods requested to the express courier appointed for delivery to the address indicated. The goods will be paid for by the Client using the method chosen on-line at the time of purchase.

ORDER CHANGESWe remind clients that, once an order is placed for available items, no changes can be made to that order.
Orders placed inside different Sales Campaigns will be shipped separately with shipment charges calculated on each of the Sales Campaign choosen.
Return Instructions1. To request a return authorization (RAN), the registered Client must send from his/her account page the return request, note that we need to receive back authorized returns within 14 days from the receipt of the order:
• Sign in with your account and go to the "Your Orders"
• Select the order in which you want to ask the return and click on "More Details"
• Check that the details are correct and copy and paste info about items you would like to return
• Move to CONTACT and fill in the form specifing on Subject 'Request Refund Order code ...' and in the field Message please provide complete info on items to be returned and the reason why you would like to shipping all back to us
Alternatively, you can send the request, always note that we need to receive the package back within 14 days from receipt of order, through an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the order number (provided in your e-mail order confirmation) name and surname used in the order.
Once we have received the return request, petalidimoda.com Client Service will send you a written confirmation containing the Return Authorization Number (RAN).
2. The return must include the Return Authorization Number (RAN) on the outside of the box.
3. For returns of goods the shipment will be borne by the Client, Petali Di Moda itself or the Partner Company responsible of the goods sold to Client only refund the value of the returned goods.
4. The returned products must be received at the Petali Di Moda, or at the Partner Company responsible of the goods sold to Client, office within 14 days from the receipt of the goods. All information to complete returns correctly will be available to Clients once they receive the package
Return Terms and ConditionsAll the Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories received with the order. All footwear and accessories must be returned with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product and should not have been in any way damaged and/or altered.
In the event that the Client receives defective merchandise, or that errors in shipments by petalidimoda.com, is required to follow the same instructions as above. petalidimoda.com reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing made for faulty goods and bear the shipping costs for the return of the goods at their premises.
Every returned item will be inspected by Petali Di Moda itself or by the Partner Company responsible of the goods sold to Client and must respect every parameter listed in the return procedure. petalidimoda.com reserves the right to charge a 10% fee off the returned goods value in case the return does not comply to all the terms and conditions provided by our return policy.
petalidimoda.com reserves the right to decline unauthorised returns. Acceptance of such returns involves anyway a charge of 10% of the value of the returned goods.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWALThe Client (a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity) has the right to withdraw from the sales agreement (for any reason).
To exercise this right, the Client must send within 14 days of receipt of the goods, a notice together with the authorization form Petali Di Moda itself or thePartner Company responsible of the goods sold has sent to the Client. The notice may be sent directly from the site through online request system made by logging into Client Account for registered users. The notice must be sent by email to the address: email@example.com
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
1. The goods must be returned intact and in original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories);
2. To limit damage to the original package, we recommend, when possible, to put it in another box (It is forbidden to attach labels or tape directly on the original packaging of the product);
3. The shipping, until the receipt in our warehouse, is under the full responsibility of the Client.
Petali Di Moda itself or the Partner Company responsible of the goods sold to Client is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments. We will not pick up any goods sent with the methods cash on delivery or carriage forward.
REFUNDUnless any repair costs for damage to the original packaging are charged, Petali Di Moda itself or the Partner Company responsible of the goods sold to Client will refund him the full amount paid for the product diverting the amount charged on the credit card or via bank transfer or PayPal. In the latter case, the Client should promptly provide the details of the bank account on which the amount should be refunded (Bank and Account Owner details).
When it is not possible to return an itemIt is not possible to complete the refund on an item in case Petali Di Moda itself or the Partner Company responsible of the goods sold to Client ascertains:
1. The product has been used, even partially;
2. The lack of the outer packaging and/or internal packaging;
3. The lack of parts of the product;
4. Damage to the product for reasons other than transportation.
In the above cases we will return the purchased item to the sender, charging the shipping cost to the Client.
Communications and claimsAll communications or any claims sent by the Client to Petali Di Moda itself or the Partner Company responsible of the goods sold to Client in relation to the Purchase Contracts, must be forwarded to the Petali Di Moda Client Service, writing to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Place of jurisdictionThe sales contract between the Client and Petali Di Moda itself is concluded in Italy and governed by italian law while for each one of the Partner Company responsible of the goods sold to Client he will refer to the country where the Partner Company has its headquarter. For any controversies the territorial competence is exclusively that in Italy.
